These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the Won88 platform, including the website located at https://won88.casa and all associated services, products, applications, and features offered thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Won88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Platform, registering a member account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by Won88, you ("Member", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your member account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — the Won88 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and wagering services accessible at https://won88.casa.
• "Member" / "User" — any individual who has registered a valid account with Won88 and is eligible to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Account" — a unique member account created by an individual upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any staked amount placed by a Member on any game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total MYR or cryptocurrency equivalent funds held in a Member's account at any given time, including cash balance and any credited bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other non-cash benefit awarded to a Member subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Won88 to confirm a Member's identity prior to processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total wager amount that must be placed before a bonus or associated winings may be withdrawn.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary fiat currency of the Platform.
• "Cryptocurrency" — digital assets including but not limited to USDT (TRC20), BTC, and ETH accepted by the Platform as deposit and withdrawal methods.

To register and maintain a valid account on Won88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the Platform.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any of the foregoing, of Won88 or any associated entity.
• You are not located in, a resident of, or a national of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling activities is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or gambling exclusion register that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by Won88 for violating these Terms.

Each individual may maintain onlyone (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

Won88 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• A recent selfie photograph held alongside the identity document.
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet, bank account confirmation).

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. Won88 reserves the right to suspend accounts and withold funds pending verification or in cases where verification documents are deemed unsatisfactory or fraudulent.

Access to and use of the Platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence basis. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful recreational gambling entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any commercial, business, or revenue-generating purpose other than legitimate personal gambling activity.
• Use any automated software, bot, crawler, script, or other automated tool to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any portion of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Platform or its servers.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity when using the Platform.
• Use the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial fraud.

Won88 reserves the right to monitor all activity on the Platform and to take appropriate action — including account suspension and fund forfeiture — where any breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.

Won88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods:Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and approved cryptocurrency channels includingUSDT (TRC20) and BTC.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Won88 reserves the right to return deposits and request supporting documentation where the source of funds cannot be reasonably verified.

• Minimum deposit:RM30 for most payment methods. MinimumRM50 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to payment method limits and the Member's applicable tier restrictions.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance in real time for e-wallets and DuitNow. FPX bank transfers may take 5-15 minutes.
• Won88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Won88 is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the Member.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by Won88's finance team following a formal written request. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Member funds.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 for e-wallets and bank transfers; equivalent minimum for cryptocurrency.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal processing times: E-walets and DuitNow — typically 5-30 minutes; FPX bank transfers — 1-3 business hours; Cryptocurrency — 10-60 minutes subject to network conditions.
• Won88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals may be suspended or reversed if Won88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Won88 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the stated timeframes. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. Members experiencing persistent delays should contact the support team via Live Chat.

Won88 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which shall be read alongside these general bonus terms.

• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimumwagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process.
• Won88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice to affected Members where practicable.
• Members found to have abused the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other Members, or placing low-risk offseting bets — will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently excluded from promotional offers.
• Where a bonus is credited in error, Won88 reserves the right to recover the credited amount and any winings derived therefrom.

All games and betting markets available on the Won88 Platform operate under specific rules published within each respective product. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game or market before placing a wager.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, Won88's records shall constitute the definitive record of the transaction. Won88 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for applicable games, and live odds are set and verified by our sportsbook team.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement.
• Won88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in odds — including palpably incorrect prices — has occurred, whether due to human error, feed failure, or technical malfunction.
• In-play betting markets (live betting on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events) are subject to delay and market suspension at any time based on match events.
• Winings from live casino and slot games are processed automatically. RTP (Return to Player) figures are as published by the respective game studios.
• Technical failures or disconnections during gameplay that are attributable to the Member's own device or internet connection do not entitle the Member to a refund of the interrupted wager.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or participating in more than one (1) account on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing inefficiencies across markets or promotions to guarantee profit.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any form of automated assistance to interact with the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for purpose of laundering funds obtained through illegal activity. Won88 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after wagers have been placed.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.

Won88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The Member fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Won88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• The Member has requested self-exclusion under Won88's Responsible Gambling policy.
• The account shows signs of fraudulent, suspicious, or otherwise irregular activity.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Won88 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the Member following the completion of applicable verification requirements, provided no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Won88 brand name, logo, domain software, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Won88 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No licence is granted to reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform's intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Won88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winings.

Won88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Won88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may affect platform availability. Won88 will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of significant planned outages in advance.

Won88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and provide the following tools and safeguards to support Member welfare:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon promptly and in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable session time notifications to help manage their gambling activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

Won88 will not knowingly allow any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform. We utilise age verification technology and document-based KYC to enforce this requirement.

Won88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to Members via email or prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments shall constitute the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Won88 operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and Won88, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through Won88's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting the support team. Won88 will acknowledge formal disputes within five (5) business days and aim to reach a resolution within thirty (30) days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, subject to the limitations set out in the Limitation of Liability clause above.
